Preliminary screening, background check, interview and testing 

4. Recommend 

Comprehensive interview, in-depth interview, entry consultation 

5.Follow Through 

Keep in touch with the company and the candidates, understand the candidates' work in the new position, you conduct  summary interviews, to ensure the successful completion of the project
